Hiei is a fire apparition whose true origins are unknown. He is a master swordsman,
and his strength and speed are incredible. However, these are hardly his most
fearsome abilities. Typically kept concealed behind a bandanna on his forehead
is the "Jagan," a mysterious third eye that possesses magical properties.
Moksha Tribe celebrates Japanese anime, culture and JAGAN -- the Chakra of psychic
perception that can overcome the demons of oppression. You are invited
to dress as your favorite anime character or in traditional Japanese attire.
Three full rooms of rockin' house, breaks, tech-trance, drum 'n' bass, psytrance,
ambient and experimental beats at a convenient underground Bay Area location.
